Hi, I’m Spencer.
I am a photographer, videographer and content marketing specialist based in Salt Lake City, UT. I specialize in outdoor lifestyle, travel, landscape, commercial and product-based content. My work is fueled by a passion for visual storytelling and love for outdoor adventure.
Born and bred in Salt Lake City, I found a love for the outdoors at a young age, and spent much of my time up in the mountains skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. After living abroad in Hong Kong for two years working as a missionary, I realized how much I took the outdoors for granted. Although I immensely loved the culture, language and people of Hong Kong, I returned home with renewed appreciation for the beauty of the outdoors. After returning home, I worked as a videographer while continuing my education at the University of Utah. This marked my foray into professional media production, and discovered a passion for visual storytelling.
Since then, I have dedicated my time to channeling my passion and honing my craft, while embarking on adventure after adventure exploring far-flung regions across the country. My work has opened up many exciting opportunities to work with industry thought-leaders and brands. In 2021, I began working at Really Right Stuff as a digital content marketing manager and strategist. I spearheaded the company’s content and brand strategy, and proved my value in business development by winning a $400K to expand the company’s manufacturing capabilities. My professional work experience both on the brand side and on the creative side provides me with unique insight to tailor my services to each client.
